I've had this problem before and never found a solution so I'm asking for help.
The problem is that IE7 does not seem to fire a resize event when the window dimension is changed. The main body seems to resize but any divs stay where they are until the are somehow redrawn (:hover etc.) or you refresh the page.
To see this is action go to http://www.ghostskin.com/default.aspx
Resize the window to be in the middle of your screen (800*600)
Scroll, have a look etc.
Maximise the screen and you can see the menu and content divs stay where they are.
Float over a menu entry and watch it zip to its right place!
Hit refresh and watch it all go to its right place!
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this happens? More importantly has anyone got a way around it?
The layout info is in http://www.ghostskin.com/css/PageLayout.css
N.B. I have a link to a htc file so that the menu works in ie5 & 6 (it makes no difference when removed) so don't start complaining about failing validation on that point!
the link is not working

Hi Your problem is the way
Your problem is the way you have tried to center your page.
Make the body width a min-width and wrap the whole page in a div (let's call it pagecontainer)
pagecontainer's css would be:
margin: 0pt auto;
