What's the best way to make an area of an image function as a link, and have multiple links in different areas within one image?

If someone can just tell me a brief general description, i'm sure that i can look it up and figure out the details myself.

Thanks, any help is much appreciated

Image Maps are your friend.

What ClevaTreva said!

I used to use a utility all the time for this.
You would draw the marquees and it would create the dimensions for the image maps for you.

I'll try and find it...(And edit this post if I do) (I think it was simply called mapedit)...

But while googling for image maps check for a tool to do it for you.
