Hi, on this page:

The link at the bottom of the main window 'Replacement Graphic Panels' should be a special blue (#1b57a0), but it is black.

I have created a CSS class .txt_med_bold a:link ... as this special blue, also the .txt_med_bold a:hover (should be red) does not work, its in the "link, visited, hover" order in the CSS file, its nearest to the element in the code.
Its passes W3C validation for both XHTML and CSS.

Can anyone help

It should be

It should be a:link.txt_med_bold, not .txt_med_bold a:link
