[Solved] When mouse rolls over button it crops my whole page in IE!

I have a huge problem. Everytime the mouse curse is run across my rollover buttons on the top on the page I'm build it crops the whole page down! but this only happens in IE. Within FireFox the page functions perfectly fine. It literally chops my page in half! Below is the link to the page I'm working on http://www.kcturnkey.com

This issue is occuring on all the pages using this CSS.

Below is the CSS sheet and HTML page. I'm using Dreamweaver but I don't think that should matter.
