Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, so please move it if needed.

I'm new to CSS, but would really like to have a highlighted effect on the side-links (like the http://www.good-tutorials.com link menu on the left) that is controlled from an external css file.

Would anyone be able to break this down and explain a good way to do this?

Thank you
