hi you all,
would you please check, if everything is working fine.
I now have a classical table-layout with css-styles and
it

First there's no need at all for using tables on that layout. The color scheme is decent looking but I don't like white text on a dark background. Makes things too hard to read.
And speaking of hard to read your fonts are much to small for my ageing eyes to read easily. Do you want to talk only to young folk? That combined with the white on dark fonts make it almost unreadable to me.
And because you've specified font sizes in pixels no one with IE6 or less (the most common browser out there) will be able to adjust it easily.
On a fair sized monitor there's a whole lot of empty space that could be used by content with a larger font size.
On a new site you should be using a strict doctype, not a transitional one.
Congratulations on the valid html though.
Objectively I would find your site too hard to use unless the content was something that really really interested me.

A few minor points. Wouldn't use
for any reason. This element is too hard to style and is more often than not indicative of design issues. Furthermore, you have styling like padding-top: 15px;
padding-bottom: 20px;
padding-left: 0;
padding-right: 0;
which is better written in shorthand, such as padding: 15px 0 20px 0;
The same goes for colors: #FFFFFF is best written as #FFF or simply "white"
Hope this helps
