Barry this forum is not really a promotional tool.
Writing tools such as (X)HTML validators seems a little pointless as it's been done already and the validity of further validity tools 
is somewhat dubious, we have often remarked that if one requires to validate their code then it ought to done through using tool that was written by those who are responsible for the specs. Are you sure that your version matches the W3C validator?
