I have problems with Internet Explorer 5 & 6 on Windows.

I took the 3 column layout recomended on the url: http://www.glish.com/css.

now i've put a two-column table inside the middle div-container.

If i specify a width of 100% for the table it resizes the middle div-container to the size of 100% of the browser-window, which means that it is hidden by the right div-container and also reaches out of the browser-window so that I have to scroll right to see the rest of the tables content.

If I does not define any width for the table, it is smaler than the surrounding dic-container and doesn't reach it's right edge. But this is exactly what I want it to do.

Here is the css-code for the 3-column layout:

#leftcontent {
position: absolute;
left:10px;
top:50px;
width:200px;
background:#fff;
border:1px solid #000;
        }

#centercontent {
background:#fff;
margin-left: 199px;
margin-right:199px;
border:1px solid #000;
voice-family: "\"}\"";
voice-family: inherit;
margin-left: 201px;
margin-right:201px;
        }
html>body #centercontent {
margin-left: 201px;
margin-right:201px;
        }

#rightcontent {
position: absolute;
right:10px;
top:50px;
width:200px;
background:#fff;
border:1px solid #000;
        }

in mozilla (mac) everything works just fine.

does anybody know a workaround?

thanks a lot
