WE NEED ALL THE CODE!!! No,

WE NEED ALL THE CODE!!!

No, you haven't given enough information.

CSS means nothing without the html or xhtml it points to. If you really want quick help you want to make the process of helping you as easy as possible, especially considering the asking price. That means, ideally, posting a link to your page. Failing that we need to see ALL the html/xhtml and CSS.

You may need to make the css overflow:hidden.

Despite the fact that you have specified a fixed height Interweb Destroyer takes that with a pinch of salt and uses it as advisory only, treating is as min-height, even though there is no need to get higher, it often does.
