I have been trying to get some line spacing in an unordered list and in ie it displays OK, but firefox does not take the line height. Basically, to spread a vertical navigation over a given space I have 5 items with a line height of 72px. In firefox, it appears just like a list with no line height set.

Why would this be? Can anyone suggest a better way of doing it?

CSS
#nav, li.nav,{
list-style-type: none;
color:#8cac0d;
line-height: 72px;

HTML

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

easy. your extra comma is messing you up.
firefox does not like extra commas.

#nav, li.nav,{ list-style-type: none; color:#8cac0d; line-height: 72px;

should be

#nav, li.nav { list-style-type: none; color:#8cac0d; line-height: 72px;

Thanks, vinboy,

I should have seen that myself, but had been looking at code for a while and couldn't see the wood for the trees. Thanks for the fresh eyes Smile
