I'm wondering if CSS might have problems working correctly in a frames style webpage.
I have a webpage which I created using frames.
I can get some CSS to work but I'm having trouble with my text.
I create a property for my text on my main.css page but when I apply it to my text it works as long as I refresh the page after clicking on the link to that page.
But as soon as I leave that page and click on another link and try to come back to that page the text changes until I refresh the page again then the text property is applied.
