Hello, would anybody please kindly help with my problem that the text appears to be much bigger in IE?

Actually some part of the texts remains the same size as in Firefox whereas some are much bigger and ugly.

The site is working absolutely fine in Firefox.

Here is a link to this website:

http://www.redevo.net

And the relavant CSS code is:

body{font-size: 76%;} table.contentpaneopen td.contentheading, table.contentpane td.contentheading {font-size:1.2em;} .dn-date{font-size:0.8em;} #topmenu{font-size:0.8em;} a.mainlevel{font-size:1.1em;} #mainarea_center li{font-size:1.1em;} #footer{font-size:0.8em;}

It looks alright in firefox

But much bigger text in IE

Thanks very much in advance!!

just learning css - but why

just learning css - but why the use of html tables and not pure css?

I'm tempted myself to stick to tables cause thats what I know - but forcing myself into pure css - is there something that I'm missing?
