ok first look at it in FF. Everything is good and works how it is suppose to.

now look at it in IE. At the bottom you see the background start to wrap.

Now I am sure this is because my DIV 'pusher' is pushing it down. The purpose of that div was to push the contentwin where it is suppose to.

I left all my css in the source so right click if you need to see it. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
