I don't even know if this topic makes sense but here goes.

I'm doing a page in php and i am seperating the code into modules header and footer. I was just wondering whether it would also be good practise to put the menu into it's own module too? if so, should i include in the header level? or the page content level?

PHP - how far to modulate the code?

Hi Fruitcake,
Really what you need to look at is what sections of the page will be re-used.
I think it would be a good idea to include the menu as a module.
By your question I can guess that the menu includes JavaScript.
So it would make sense to have part of the menu in the head section with the meta tags etc and the other part in the body or page content area.

Hope that helps
