I've just launched a CSS search engine powered by Google Co-op...
SpotlightOnCSS - http://www.spotlightoncss.com

A CSS search engine powered by google coop which searches through over 200 ofthe best CSS resources from across the web. It also uses some handy filters to narrow down sites, and while it's still in beta development is already a very useful tool which I hope would be useful to any CSS developers out there.
