Can you all have a look at this site - http://www.gretchenwitte.com Everything should be centered (at least horizontally). On my Mac, running IE 5.2 everything looks perfect. However on my PC (with IE6), things are not centered, and the footer is not where it should be. Can you all tell me what you see?

This is the css (for positioning)
#wrapper { color: #f5f5f5; background-color: #bdb76b; margin: 5% auto auto; position: relative; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 500px; height: 350px; visibility: visible; display: block }
#body { background-image: url(images/MainPic.jpg); margin-top: 120px; position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 500px; height: 330px; visibility: visible; display: block }
#logo { position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100px; height: 100px; visibility: visible; display: block }

If things are off, any suggestions on what to fix?
#nav { margin-top: 85px; position: absolute; top: 11px; left: 146px; width: 355px; height: 51px; visibility: visible; display: block }
#footer { margin-top: 460px; position: relative; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 373px; height: 30px; visibility: visible; display: block }

Hi ffb,
For IE on windows you need to add text-align:center; to the wrapper.
The front page looks fine in Firefox.
Other pages have a full blank page that requires scrolling before you see content.

Hope that helps

Thanks Tony. I added text-align:center to the wrapper and made some other changes to the index page. Still not centering on my PC though. As for the other pages, and fixing those as well, but am not seeing the blank page requiring scrolling. Will make some adjustments though and see what happens. Thanks again, will let you know after I have tried some other things.

Hi ffb,
Try the text-align:center on the body.

It's firefox that the other pages start with the large space.

Hi

Just one observation. The rollover nav chganges the text from normal to italic. This causes different letter spacing on rollover, which causes the menu to jump. The same would happen if you went from normal to bold. Better just change color on mouseover
