OK, I have a site's layout all perfect for windows (well almost) and I checked it on a IE mac and Opera for mac and it looks terrible. You can view it at www.designerdvds.com. I have the left column clearing so the right cloumn goes to where it should be but the footer image goes all the way up to the masthead as well.

Anybody have any ideas? You can see the css at...

www.designerdvds.com/styles/basic.css

and the content css if you need it at...

www.designerdvds.com/styles/content.css

The css is really simple so it shouldn't be too difficult. I just don't know enough about the mac browsers and their quirks to solve my dilemma.

Anybody....?

Try this

I don't know if you're still looking for an answer, but the problem is that you are using floats for the alignment of your columns. Try this:

Add this to basic.css:

div.spacer {
	clear: both;
	}

Then, add this to your html document immediately AFTER the close of the rightcol DIV:

<div class="spacer">&nbsp;</div>

To give credit where credit is due, check out this article:

Hope this helps.
