I must say I have found DisinfectedBarfbag's link is especially handy when doing multilingual and multiple character set sites with it's ability to spit out Arabic Chinese Greek Hebrew Hindi and Russian characters as well as Lëtzebuergesch and a host of constructed languages the most pointless being L33Tspeak.
