I have noticed that I am having some problems with the display of a bullet before each list item in an <ul>. Not all of my list but a few list items in same <ul> don't seem to see the bullet. I believe this happens when the listitem spans on two lines.

This has never been a problem with Firefox. below is the code. Perhaps I am not coding my list in the proper manner.

This is the page link to the problem. It's in the "Our Events" section.

http://www.interdoc.com/site/index_e.htm

This would be the css code for this section

#EventsSection ul {
font-size:.7em;
}

#EventsSection ul li {
padding:0px 0px 0px 12px;
line-height:1.4em;
list-style:none;
background:url(http://www.interdoc.com/site/images/bullets/CategoryLinksBullet.gif) no-repeat;
}

#EventsSection ul li a:link, #EventsSection ul li a:visited {
color:#000;
text-decoration:none;
}

#EventsSection ul li a:hover, #EventsSection ul li a:focus {
color:#336699;
text-decoration:underline;
}

Thanks in advance

Bullet List and IE6

Are you expecting to see a bullet where the text wraps to a new line?

it's a form of rendering haslayout problem I haven't time to pinpoint the exact problem, if you add zoom:1 to the anchor it resolves as does bordering the list elements containing some problem. Quick fix -although I would spend the time finding the correct solution - would be to add display:inline-block; or for that matter possibly display:block but inline block sets haslayout.

Hugo.

Bullet List and IE6

Thanks Hugo, zoom attribute does work and it is a fix for now, thanks. I tried the display attribute on different levels of the selector, but it didn't change anything. I will try other combinations and see if I can fix it on my own. If not, I'll repost another request. I started doing some research into the "rendering haslayout problem" and hopefully I will get a better grasp of the problem. Thanks Hugo
