Hello folks,
I have adapted the infamous 'Suckerfish' drop down menu for this test page http://www.skyrocket.com.au/Concepts/SPA/indexTEST.html. It seems to have a bug in IE and adds space above and below each item on the drop down menus. Doesn't happen in Mozilla. I've tried margin and padding: 0 and all the tricks I know but it won't behave. If anyone has seen this before please alert as to where the problem is.

Did you try removing the whitespace?

Yes - tried that. Doesn't do anything on IE5. Will try on another machine running IE6...

Hi
Uggh. That menu is really jerky as it opens each drop down.
Have you tried the DOM Menu system?
This site has a demo (mine) of it:
[edit: new address]
http://209.216.241.33/ctindex.php
It is shown as a horizontal opening down in the header,
a horizontal opeing up in the footer and a left nav.
It's free, the distribution version has [edit: bugs now fixed!] a few bugs you need to fix by hand (read the author's forum thread), and it works well, and is VERY versatile in appearance.

I have viewed your page in IE 6 and Opera 7 and the menu looks fine, seems to be working good! What version of IE are you viewing in?
