I'd appreciate a check of my revamped web site.

There are a couple of issues I know about: 1. It doesn't degrade well past a certain point, and 2. I use some inline CSS where I prolly don't have to. The first will be addressed soon, the second as I get better with CSS.

So, please, take a look and let me know what you think:

A quick look

USing NS7.1 on Win ME

Not sure that all the colours go well together. (maybe there are just too many different colours)

I'd drop the W3C images, they look out of place.

Things start to look a bit odd when you increase the font size a couple of notches. Especially the backgrounds behind the links.

Regards,

Max

Max,

Thanks for the reply.

Good points re colors - I will look at it again.

Re the fonts sizes - another good point, thanks.

Cool Logo! The buttons down the left are kind of big, I might would rethink that design. Also, your box with the dashed border seems to be having problems in Opera 7.23, I would recommend developing this in XHTML Strict and using a modering browser for viewing. If you can get this thing to validate in XHTML Strict, most likely it will work with just about anything.

Good Start.

Hi Todd,

Yeah, I know some browsers, esp Opera, choke on my site a little.

I have some work to do on the CSS part that may help. I'll also try for XHTML strict to see if that helps.

Thanks for the feedback.
