I noticed Changing the bullet-list-item color topic under How To section of forum. 
Is this considered a joke or... I don't know.
But that solution doesn't work anywhere.

It will be corrected!
For that code change to:
ul {color: pink;}
li span {color: green;}
and then wrap the li text in a span.
