View it in IE and in FF. FF is the right way. I'm not sure why it's doing that ... maybe it's late and I've looked at the code 5 times too many. The widths are the same everywhere and the #header section is the only place giving me problems.

I suspect the 3px jog bug is at the root of your problem.
