Howdy,

I'm having some difficulties with my 3 column layout.

Here is what the end result must be:

This is what is wrong plus explanation:

1 Last left and right panels need to stretch to the footer.
2 Footer and content need to stretch together with left and right columns and not like in the pic left or right column floating over the footer.

CSS: http://www.gunhq.net/temp/new/brown_grey.css

Thanks in advance for any help.

3 column layout problems

Hi dagroov,

You need to apply clear:both; on your footer. As far as the other question...do a search for One True Layout and I think you will find your answer. Laughing out loud

But!: in ie i can't strech the middle panel because then it cuts it off:

Any fix for this?

EDIT(1): and opera stretches the layout =/

EDIT(2): Hmmz, I've decided to go with tables and css combined, because making this design with tables is so easy and it doesn't need hax for every browser and every browserversion. This way I can garanty all the users that the site will show correctly and above all that I don't need to add a css hax for every new browser version that comes along.
