Well I finished. Looks great in mozilla (insofar as it looks like the paper form of our order form). But of course It doesn't look right in IE (which is what most of the visitors to my site use. The problem seems to be in the tables...
Any suggestions would be welcome.

Finished Order Page. Multi-browser check please.

Well I fixed the model colors problem. Seems I needed to tell IE to put line breaks where mozilla automatically wrapped

now I have to figure out why it's putting on <td> inside another <td> I don't see anything wrong

Well looks like I fixed it. Can someone please test in Opera, Mac IE, and Safari?

Thanks

Seems all present and correct in Safari. Only slight change I would make is to add a margin at the bottom of the page (as so there is some space between all the elements and the bottom of the browser window).

The next sentence is true. The previous sentence is false. Discuss...
