Binargs,

This isn't a topic for public discussion, we have PMs for this sort of thing. Please PM the site owner, Tony.

Have a look around and see if there is a myspace user forum. Vkey (a member here) is a mod of friendsterforum.com. There may be a place like that for MS users.

Personally I would rather you didn't send loads of 14 year olds to the forum, I run in horror from forums populated by young teenagers as they tend to not have a lot of interest in true coding or learning standards.
I'm happy to help anyone of any age and of any level as long as they have one important desire which is to learn and they demonstrate an interest in coding., I am not interested in just fixing up peoples profiles for them especially when these sorts of sites often fly in the face of standards and good markup.

This is supposed to be a semi serious technical forum about CSS to be swamped by hundreds of questions about fixing up myspace profiles is not I'm afraid going to do the forums rep any good and we have also just been through a period of a certain amount of angst with the Friendster posts.

Of course this is just my personal opinion!

http://www.mygen.co.uk/phpBB2/

Is the place for people to go if they wish detail and help on customizing their profiles, it is dedicated to that, and will offer far more specific info and help than we ever can!

Binargs our opinions are not holy writ; as Chris mentioned at the top the person who's decision it is is Tony the forum owner and it is to him that you should address the question.

I can understand what you mean about mygen but in reality to answer questions regarding these sorts of layouts/sites requires some degree of knowledge over and above pure coding ability, to some extent.

Yes, since none of us know how myspace is laid out, I say we'd be of little use to helping everyone "put teh matrix background on my profile". Laughing out loud

Hi binargs,
Thanks for asking as spelling out both sides of the equation.
I would have to agree with my moderators here.

We try our best to help everyone with css questions but having a sudden increase in members asking questions about theming specific templates would really drain our resources.

I still don't understand txt speak :?
