Hi everyone. I'm wrapping up work on a project that my clients intend to launch next week. I was hoping to get your opinions for last minute changes and improvements.

The temporary address is: http://dhs.abcruz.com.

Sorry if this makes it inconvenient but you'll be prompted for a username and password. Please use the following:

username = CSSCreator
password = csscreator

They're case sensitive.

The sections that have content are: The Organization, Articles and Partner Institutions.

Thanks in advance for your help, as always. Cheers! Laughing out loud

Looks good. I think the space top left in your header is a bit wasted though.

Hey, thanks for the quick response. I noticed that also, the wide space to the left. I had a graphic there in my preliminary design but when I resize my screen to 800 x 600, that and the main title graphic collided-- it was really ugly. So I decided to just make the main title graphic bigger and it fits snuggly in smaller screen sizes. Laughing out loud

Very nice... I agree about the empty space in the header...it does look a little strange?
What about moving the logo and text to the left and leaving the faded face and bars on the right?

On the menu...which I like btw... maybe changing the black rectangle to a brilliant color (goldenrod or orange or something) when that menu is selected to go along with the deep blue background color?

Overall... I like it a lot

I would consider adding min-height for your pages for Firefox so the scroll bar doesn't pop in and out between long pages and short. It's not really an "issue" or anything, but just a preference of mine. It stops the gross horizontal movement between the different pages.

Personally, I don't mind the open space to the left.

Lookin' good. Smile

Very nice!

Since someone was kind enough to point out a typo of mine that I had completely missed Shock , I probably ought to mention that 'theraputic" is spelled "therapeutic", I think.

I like to look of the site very much - it's soothing and calm. I think I'd be partial to the graphic being positioned on the left-ish side, rather than the right-ish where it is, just because we naturally scan things left to right when reading - you're therefore a little tempted to start reading the content before you work yourself back up to the header.

A tiny point, though Laughing out loud

Really nice!

My only comment, is on your hover styles on the in-article (what's new, related topics, etc) menu. The changes are very understated, you may want to consider making the :hover changes more obvious.

Hi everyone, thanks for your insightful comments.

Thanks Wendy for pointing out that misspelling. And Chis for bringing the hover changes to my attention. I remedied it by adding a text-decoration: underline instead of simply making the image bigger-- I think the "feedback" is more noticable that way.

I've moved the updated version to http://www.hopeforspasticity.org, which already includes most of the required sections and a few images on the articles. It no longer requires a username and password.

Incidentally, can any of you give me pointers on PhpBB? I'd like to insert the forum into the layout that I have-- or wrap the tables generated in my HTML, but I don't know how to do that. Right now, I'm using a frameset but it's really not nice-- ugly, I think.

Cheers! And thanks again. Laughing out loud
