I found this forum interesting and it helped me a lot, but i encounter a problem.

I followed the instruction regarding how to make the background transparent, but a table in my friendster profile ("popular searches in my network") did not became transparent. What should I do?

looking forward...

2. Link

Provide a link where possible, and try to make the page as clear as you can, so it's easier for people looking at the code to see what's going on. If you can, put the CSS into the head of the document and use full paths to any images. This way, we can download the page locally and still see it how we should, without having to change paths etc.

If you can't upload the page anywhere, then at the very least post your code between the [ code] tags, so we can see what you've tried.

If you are stripping your code to a bare minimum to show us the problem, you must still include a doctype.

We want to see code, please Laughing out loud

Please help me...

hi again! as I was saying, I followed this code to make my background transparent...

body {background-image: url(http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d174/joyjoy0324/animated_31.gif);
}body #container * {
font-weight: bold;
color:gray;
background-color: transparent;
border-color:black;
border-style:broken;
}

as i saw my profile after i saved this code, the "popular searches in network" and the "featured sponsor" did not became tansparent, unlike any other table did. Is there something wrong or there is another code for them to become transparent?
looking forward...again.... Laughing out loud:D:D
...thanks a lot~~~ Laughing out loud Cool Laughing out loud

Please help me...

Can you give me a link to your page?

Here's what I think is happening:

body {background-image: url(http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d174/joyjoy0324/animated_31.gif);
}

This is applying an image to the body background.

body #container * {
font-weight: bold;
color:gray;
background-color: transparent;
border-color:black;
border-style:broken;
}

THis is making EVERYTHING inside the "container" div transparent. Seems to me that the boxes not working are outside the container div.
