Hi

I am reasonably new to using css for layouts and am wondering if anyone knows an answer for this one. Ive done a bit of looking but can find anything.

http://office.urbanelement.com/skin/template3.html

As you can see this page works fine in IE6 and firefox but when the page starts to get thinner and the text gets longer in Firefox it just goes over the wrapper div tag and in IE it works ok except that there is a gap below the image on the left.

I did try and put a footer div tag in the bottom that wasnt floated but that produced other problems???

All I want is a stretchable template vertically and horizontally. Can anyone help

Much appreciated

Malcolm

Layout Problem

Try 'overflow:hidden' in your content div

Maybe it will work

Layout Problem

I think you'll actually want overflow: scroll instead otherwise you won't be able to see the text overflow.

How to get help
Post a link. If you can't post a link, jsFiddle it.
