I am wanting the right column of a site to be 100% in height to the main container and I want this to be site wide.

Here is my CSS...where do I add or hange the attributes to reflect this desire?

top: 0px;
height: 100%;
text-align: center;
background: #faf8f2;
}
#containerall {
position: relative;
margin: 0px auto;
width: auto;
height: 110%;
text-align: left;
border: 1px solid #444;
background: #fff;
background-image: url("../images/bg3.gif");
background-repeat: repeat-y
}
#containera {
position: relative;
border-bottom: 1px solid #b5af96;
top: 0px;
left: 0px;
height: 97px;
width: auto;
background: #fff;
}
#container1 {
position: absolute;
top: 0px;
left: 0px;
padding-top: 75px;
height: 96px;
width: 260px;
background-image: url("../images/X_logo.gif");
}
#container2 {

top: 0px;
right: 0px;

#submain {

width: auto;
height: auto;
text-align: left;
padding: 0px;
}
#submain1 {

width: auto;
}
#footer {
position: relative;
width: 767px;
height: auto;
padding: 5px;
border-top: 1px solid #ededed;
}
.box1 {
float: left;
width: 170px;
padding: 5px;
border-right: 1px solid #ddd;
}
.box2 {
float: left;
width: 170px;
padding: 5px;
}
.clearboth {

Need 100% height for right column

I don't think that this is exactly the method that you have in mind, but it might produce the effect you're looking for:

Faux columns

c v k @ z y b x . c o m

Need 100% height for right column

I am beginning to think that the only solution to this is to use images as backgrounds instead of color codes.

Thank you for your reply.
