Can anyone explain me this?

Please look at this site first with Explorer and then with Opera: http://www.citizenx.net/noname.html

When you look at it with Explorer it looks different than when you look at it with Opera.

It's the site where I took the code for the line. Only the colors are different and all other stuff has been taken off on my site.

Amazing thing (to me) is that the line on the last site looks same on both browsers - Explorer and Opera. How is this possible? What have I missed here?
