Have you read the stickies in the Friensters forum? There's comprehensive steps in those.

We have already replied in a precise and detailed manner in the stickies, I'm afraid we are not about to repeat ourselves. I suggest that you go back and read those tutorials again this time carefully; all the information you require is contained within them including where the code is pasted, that is covered twice!.

Wink ok,daer sir/madam,im asking for a longer patience, il be more comprehensive, in one of ur stickies there yousaid "Say for example you have a link that you want to give a background-image to.

Code:
<a href="home.html">Home</a>"

ok,lets take this one, where will i exactly paste that code?i followed one of ur answers,i paste it on the "image url" of my customize profile on friendster after the image url that i have hosted, but when i viewed my profile,nothing happens,as a matter of fat,the image has gone?i tried to add the succeeding codes but still the image is gone? please help me and delineate the HOVER effect to me precisely please...please,im begging so much

Your not really supplying sufficient detail on what your doing, but you may also be confused by what your trying to achieve. The instructions we have provided are for modifying your CSS, the styling of your page;
A link <a href=""> is a function of the html markup and is not CSS you can not add a link to your pages as far as I'm aware and most certainly not through the advanced CSS box on your modify profile page.

You will need to much more precise as to what your trying to do and the exact steps you are following.
