i thought then that i'd make a specific reference to this site.

i'm not one to critique the quality of such things, but i found a few things here to be useful, so maybe you would like to add this to your list of bookmarks in the unlikely event that you haven't yet seen it.

not to distract you from checking out the whole site, but i found a couple cool css3 things here, which i haven't seen, or heard much reference to in terms of examples yet.

incidentally, is there a thread here specifically for posts like this one? if not, it would be cool as i'd like to see what some of your favorite, regularly visited resources might be.

Thanks for that jsabarese. The Barea Street site has been cited before on this forum but it's always good to tell each other about new developments and changing resources. Tony keeps a list of useful links here > http://www.csscreator.com/links/linkspage.php

Yeah Mr Johansson is fairly prolific at rounding up the good and the useful in the arena of standards. It's something I personaly check daily and get lots of useful info from.

yeah, but wouldn't it be GREAT to have a sticky, or even a category(!) where we could all provide input? that way, everyone knows where to go when they find something new, and Tony doesn't have to worry about maintaining it. We can filter the good from the bad for the newbies by providing follow-up commentary. nudge, nudge...
Wink

edit:
whoa! how about that "high-contrast" style option at that link! (the berea st thing)

Actually you can add links to the Useful CSS links page by clicking the Add a new link near the search, top right of the page.
Links then need to be approved before they are displayed.
