Yes so what's the problem ? more than two posts in one hour I don't know you just want so much, just too eager 
It's a devise to prevent post flooding (spamming of the forum with repeated automated posts) the default is about 15 seconds I think , an hour seems rather a long time , Tony might be having a play around with things or it may just be a glitch ?
Edit: ironically it has no problem with me posting so soon after

Hi larmyia,
Possibly a glitch as I didn't change the setting.
I will have a look into it.
Mind you I'm looking as slowing Hugos post rate down so he doesn't overtake my post count

I would also add a quote quota as well, you're using too many, we might run out at this rate of consumption! Two in a sinlge post, why that's obsurd.
