hey all, first post here. Laughing out loud

i have an external CSS file.
i have an index that does seperates between my main section and menu.
it's a 2 column set up using frames.
both are their own seperate html files.
news.html
menu.html

everything in the menu should open onto the right main section.
here's my site to show you.

esentially i'd like to be able to have everything sitting nice and pretty using CSS. and i want to elinate coding url's twice (index/menu).
basically a 2 column set up, where the menu is an external sheet.

can anybody tell me what kind of formating setup this guy uses?
www.htmldog.com
i kinda want the php look with boxes that he has.
his menu formating is also something i want to work with.

i have a pretty good feeling this is going to be a very helpful resource.

a pre-emptive thanks Cool
