why might Opera and Firebird be butchering borders, IE not?

i don't see anything wrong in firebird?!? :?

ack, perhaps you overlooked the elements in question due to the ridiculous vagueness of my previous post. :oops:

pay special attention to the "Boating Store" banner in the footer of every page. Also, the manufacurer logos in the body (NOT the sidebar) on the New Boats and New Outboards pages.
