Where can I find .NET developers?

Hi All,

Sorry for not having been around, I've been worked off my feet in my current job. I just wandered if any of you knew where to find .NET developers seeking employment. I know it sounds bizarre but ideally we'd like to avoid recruitment services and you'd think in times of mass unemployment it'd be easy to find people jumping at the chance for a job. Alas, without sacrificing a good command of the English language there just don't seem to be any!

Any how, any advice would be massively appreciated. We're all suffering here without because we need some new full time senior developers!!
