Hi,
since i've created a new design for my website, I'm experiencing strange behavior when I move from one page to another. Example

http://forum.valka.cz/index.php/f/0

when I click to "NEWS" icon or text link, the page goes to

http://forum.valka.cz/index.php/f/17

but for short time, the page changes in to scratches, unreadable, as seen in the attachment. After like half a second, the page becomes normal. It does only when going from one page to another, and just on this domain (forum.valka.cz)

It surely does in Google Chrome, I think I've seen in in other browsers as well, but cannot replicate it now.

Have anyone seen such a thing before, and have idea what to do with it ? (just for the record, it has nothing to do with the banners (flash, ani-gif), I tried to remove them, but the error still occurs)

Thank you

Its not doing it in my Chrome

Its not doing it in my Chrome

First basic few steps in building a webpage
1. Gather and collect content.
2. Organize the content into meaningful semantic valid HTML
3. Design the prototype
4. Style using CSS
