can anyone here confirm whether or not they see the sidebar and footer bump all the way to the bottom of the page and the footer too ?
it has happened to me occasionally when i view the permalink posts single.php in google chrome but have not seen it happen in IE or firefox yet..

I cant figure out why it would do it and also why it would only do it on every 10th or X view of various single pages...
