Problems with a border-bottom in IE6

Hi,

I have a list that shows the photo and some personal data of people.

Here it is:

I you load it with FF, you can see clearly I have added a green line that separate each member (border-bottom: solid 1px #A9F16C).

This line in IE6 is not between each member but below the personal data.

Any idea?
