the site is very heavy. All the movement gave me a headache, so i left immediately. Not a very good user experience.
First basic few steps in building a webpage
1. Gather and collect content.
2. Organize the content into meaningful semantic valid HTML
3. Design the prototype
4. Style using CSS

Yes, it's too fast to be readable so you may as well remove it. No point. 2 validation errors. Tables based layout. Minimal use of CSS. Typical dreamweaver mess of code.
