why dont the ordered list items in the middle of this page this page have a space between them in Google Chrome (vrsn 3.0.195.38), like they do in IE or firefox? And how do I fix?
Also, how can I get a preview of what pages look like in Google chrome if I dont have google chrome?

You haven't specified top or bottom margins so different browser defaults are probably the cause.
Also, how can I get a preview of what pages look like in Google chrome if I dont have google chrome?
Why don't you just download and install it?
