IE8 cropping images in newest IE8 version...

Hi, I am having a little problem with IE8, Some images where displaying perfectly on IE8, but I just received a Screen Print with a bug. Some images are being cropped on the sides. This screen print was sent from an user with a new laptop on WIndows 7 and IE8's newest version. Has anyone had this problem also?

I am attaching a jpg with both screen prints, the regular IE8 and the new IE8 with Windows 7, which us giving the problem.
