For some reason in IE6 it is crashing when I scroll down the page.
I have no idea why or how to prevent, any suggestions?

It'll have to be a case of trial & error. Keep removing things and retesting until you narrow it down to whatever's causing the problem. But my first guess would the iepngfix.htc.

It did have to do with the pngs and ie6. I just made a * html tag to make ie6 use a gif for the bg instead of a png for now. Can you recommend a reliable way to load pngs in ie6? Seems all methods I've used so far have ups and down, and are finicky at times when stacking .png on top of each other.
http://www.puredezigner.com/clients/2010/index-menu.html I plan to replace the bg so I only used a gray gif for now.
