The post is miscellany: the remark, however superfluous, means to indicate praise; recognizes the evolution of CSScreator.com-- by allusion to a great interval of time passing-- as apparent to this user's perception of change, by implied contrast to some previous form.
The reader's regard for the actual content; rhetoric of the text is ultimately irrelevant, as the intended audience is unique. (e.g. Excepting the server-side administrators, et al., responsible for the user experience, the notion of “what on earth ... I think, do I care.” is inconsequential.)
