Hello all,

I have downloaded 50 different templates and tried to adapt them, to no such luck.
What I'm trying to create is a 3 column fixed css layout which is centred in the middle of the page.
I'm new to all this, so please bear with me. I have provided a link to what the overall look I'm going after.

I believe this is a flash site, I'm not looking for that, just the code for a basic simple 3 col layout centred on the page.
I'm not sure of the optimum page width/height(hopefully you guys can tell me), but I would like a 150px, 400px, 200px width with a height of around 500px. I think the background centres my columns, right?
Can you direct me to a link here where I can download and play around with the code?
Thanks.
