Help with CSS please..

Hello,
I am trying to figure it out 2 things I did wrong in my CSS with no luck:

- Why footer image is not centered on the bottom sideways
- How to make the footer touch the 3 boxes above.. I want to eliminate the space between them the 3 boxes above and the footer
