Hello css community.
I hope you can help me
As always I.E. is giving me problems and doing annoying things.
I am designing a web page and in the footer I have an image id is hr line 19
here I have a background picture of a bamboo line, it looks ok In G chrome and F.F but in IE there is a stupid line that appear around it an looks awful
I have done many things to try to understand what is making this stupid thing but I can find what is causing it
I need to get rid of it.
Hope some one can help me with this.

thank you for that link I am reading it right now.
the line around the background image can bee see in IE7 and earlier ones
the problem is that there a lot of people that still use them I am one of them.
any other specific tip/ideas very welcome
