Right so this is the company website of which im incharge of..
it was built using Actinic - Whether anyones herd of it but we dont use the ecommerce side of it yet.
I update it nearly daily trying to make it as usefull to as many people possible.
Any comments or suggestions welcome

2. table-based layout, BAH!
3. JS roll-overs, BAH! CSS does it better.
4. Wow, I havent seen a scrolling marque since 1998.
5. The design is very busy, it needs to be toned down alot
6. That "Call Back" form is pretty bad.
7. Its a weird design. You have 90's era styling mixed with web 2.0 styles.
First basic few steps in building a webpage
1. Gather and collect content.
2. Organize the content into meaningful semantic valid HTML
3. Design the prototype
4. Style using CSS
