My site here has a header image that centers fine in IE8 and Firefox. However I cannot get it to center in IE7 - I've tried searching here and Google but nothing has worked.
Also the menu has little arrows under each item when moused over and selected - but this does not work in IE7.
It validates

Well, we have rather the opposite of the ordinary situation. You have validated your html but instead your CSS is has errors. Most but not all of them are CSS3 or Mozilla's version of CSS3 and it's not surprising that IE7 doesn't support them. But some are erroneously entered CSS2 rules and you should fix them up.
